Getting There
by road 85km from Kannur (via Tellicherry-Mananthavady Road) | 100km from Kozhikode (via Thamarasserry). With winding mountain road and hair-pin bends, both routes offer splendid view all along. Don't forget your camera!
by rail as Wayanad is not connected by rail, you need to alight at Kannur, Tellicherry or Calicut and then continue by road.
by air nearest international airports are Kozhikode and Kannur, located at a distance of 123km and 65km respectively. From there, you need to continue the journey by road.
